An industrial vending machine is simply a robotic tool room attendant. They accurately push the right product out to the right employee, tagging it with the correct job number and ordering more when low. With the greatest of intentions, they place thousands of dollars’ worth of vending machines in their customer’s facilities intending on providing superior customer service and also gain a choke hold on their customers spending. Sometimes these solutions work well, the supplier provides excellent service and everyone is happy. Sometimes this isn’t the case.
